2021年8月17日，洛杉矶 - 总部位于美国加州的全球共享智能出行生态系统公司Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. ("FF") (NASDAQ交易代码：FFIE) 今天宣布，正式任命FF董事会成员Brian Krolicki 为FF董事会主席。FF最新组建的九人董事会是7月21日完成与Property Solutions Acquisition Corp. ("PSAC") 合并交易之后成立的。
FF的股票目前在纳斯达克交易所交易，股票代码为“FFIE”。其中，I代表智能（Intelligent）和互联网（Internet），E代表生态（Ecosystem）和电动车（Electric）。FF的旗舰电动车型FF 91计划在合并交易完成后12个月内推出。
