尽管公司进入成立以来最重要的一个阶段，但我们充分意识到公司需要应对和克服的挑战，包括获得支持未来增长所需的资金。今天，我们提交了ATM融资计划的注册申请。拥有该计划将为公司提供了更多财务灵活性和多元选择。通过ATM与我们的投资银行团队合作，公司将能以市价从市场筹集资金。这让公司能够停用股权授信（ELOC）计划，并摆脱过去一年依赖的可转换票据融资。有了ATM计划，公司希望能够回归更传统的公司融资结构，以支持未来的财务增长。
产品交付是FF九年历史中最重要的里程碑
FF已经实现了一个重要的里程碑，持续交付了"全能aiHypercar" FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance给我们的塔尖用户。这标志着FF进入了营收阶段，成功打通了从研发到生产和交付的经营闭环。此外，公司已在美国完成了所有合规程序，建立了相对完善的供应链系统，并逐步搭建了FF独特的O2O直销模式和系统，为公司未来的经营现金流生成奠定了基础。这对公司和股东来说都是非常有意义和显著的进展，表明了公司基本面的全面改善。
"FF开发者共创任务"是一个可以让用户与公司合作的开放平台。它围绕开放经济和以用户中心的概念展开，让用户可以积极参与FF的整个业务流程。该平台旨在共同提升产品实力，推动技术创新，树立公司的“极智科技顶奢”品牌形象。
自“开发者共创”项目启动以来，我们已经与数位顶级行业领袖合作，其中包括美国顶级豪宅经纪公司The Oppenheim Group的总裁兼创始人、奈飞真人秀热剧《日落豪宅》和《橘郡豪宅》的明星演员Jason Oppenheim。我们还与世界著名设计师Rem D Koolhaas、五次勒芒24小时耐力赛冠军和名人堂冠军赛车手Derek Bell、在表演、音乐、模特等领域均有建树的好莱坞经纪人Kelvin Sherman，以及美国最著名的豪车收藏家之一Private Collection Motors建立了合作关系。上周，我们还与首位女性开发者共创官Emma Hernan建立了合作关系。通过我们的开发者共创项目，这些领袖们已成为FF的开发者共创官。
现在，FF正与这些开发者共创官一起合作，推出我们的“FF All-Hyper全球赛道征服者计划”，逐一征服世界上最著名的赛道。这些包括纽博格林北环赛道、勒芒、银石、印第安纳波利斯赛车场等，目标是在AI电车时代创造和刷新所有的极速纪录。
每位FF开发者共创官都是引领行业变革的直接推动者。我们相信FF独特的共创模式将有助于减少FF后续的资本投入，使我们能够在不过多消耗资金的情况下朝着正现金流的方向发展。我们欢迎那些具有创造力、远见、决心、能力并对产品创新和技术进步充满热情，愿意推动变革的人加入FF开发者共创任务。我们共同致力于推动下一代产品转型、技术创新和未来顶级移动生态系统的重构。我们的目标是把FF打造成极智科技顶奢市场的开创者，和以法拉利和迈巴赫为代表的传统超豪华汽车文明的颠覆者。
挑战、反思和解决方案
在实现用户交付这个FF重要里程碑时，我们仍需改善资金状况、提高成本控制和供应链管理能力，同时继续提升高产品的用户体验。
公司目前正在为解决资金问题而不懈努力。首先，随着公司进入交付阶段，我们预计将从汽车销售和现有未实现融资承诺中获得资金，以满足扩大生产能力的资金需求。其次，我们生效的储架注册声明提供了一种高效融资工具，可筹集资金并获得新一轮融资。第三，公司正在积极与战略投资者沟通，以缓解资金问题。
降低成本也至关重要。我们将继续提高运营效率、降低单车成本及公司整体成本。公司认为，不断提升的生产能力和销量将带动收入增长，从而支持低投资、高回报的正循环。这种模式也将最大程度地保护股东的利益。
FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance所属的超豪华汽车市场全球年销售约为55,000辆。FF是唯一专注于这一细分市场的电动车公司，也是为这一历史性机遇做了几乎所有准备的企业之一。我们历时九年积累了FF战略定位的“决胜五力”，包括产品力、技术力、品牌力、销售力和用户力，我们认为这将使FF成为这一市场上最有可能的颠覆者。
下一步和工作计划
大规模高质量的交付仍然是公司当前最重要的战略目标。在获得额外融资的同时，公司计划在今年为塔尖用户交付更多的FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance车辆，并在未来提升生产能力和销量。
公司还将专注于系统建设，根据资源可用性和战略需求分阶段实施。我们的目标是建立一个灵活、高效、自主运营和自我进化的AI管理系统。
结论
在过去的九年里，我们已经投资了约30亿美元，使FF成为新兴的电动车领导者。这些资金已经投入到我们的产品和技术中，使我们得以交付我们的旗舰车型FF 91。考虑到打造一家像我们这样的领先企业所需的成本，这是个值得参考的数据。
