Faraday Future宣布任命Jonathan Maroko为代理首席财务官并调整先前发布的财务报表项目

美国加州洛杉矶(2023年7月11日)- 总部位于加州的全球共享智能电动出行生态系统公司Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc.(Nasdaq:FFIE)(“Faraday Future”,“FF”或“公司”)今天宣布,任命Jonathan Maroko为公司代理首席财务官(CFO),自2023年7月24日起生效。Jonathan Maroko将替代韩韵女士的代理首席财务官一职,韩韵女士将继续担任公司首席会计官(CAO),自2023年7月5日起生效。


Maroko先生将向FF全球CEO陈雪峰先生直接汇报。Maroko先生在美银美林(Bank of America Merrill Lynch)开始了其投资银行分析师的职业生涯。在加入Faraday Future之前,Maroko先生有17年投资和财务经历,曾就职于多家处于高速成长期的公司,并担任外部首席财务官。他曾就职的公司包括Gladstein Neandross & Associates、Willow、Lifeforce A-Frame Brands、Kwell Labs和Arcadia Earth等。Maroko先生亦曾在Mulholland Vista Capital Advisors, LLC担任宏观策略全球投资经理,在Vanadium Capital Management担任投资分析师。Maroko先生拥有印第安纳大学凯利商学院(Kelley School of Business, Indiana University)商业(会计与金融专业)理学学士学位。

公司还宣布,公司董事会审计委员会(the “Audit Committee”) 根据管理层的建议决定,由于根据公司证券购买协议发行的票据转换公允价值发生变化,导致与此相关的非现金和非经营业务项目产生数据偏差,公司此前发布的截至2022年12月31日的2022年年度报告10-K以及截至2023年3月31日及2022年9月30日的季度报告10-Q中与上述偏差相关的待调整内容不应再被作为依据。


公司正在积极进行调整工作,并预计将在合理可行的情况下尽快提交与上述报告相关的10-K/A表和10-Q/A表(如适用)。由于需要进行调整工作,此前发布的上述财务报告以及基于该财务报告有关内容的任何相关传播不应再被作为依据。公司预计,调整上述财务报表不会影响此前公布的FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance电动车辆的交付时间表。公司拟于美国东部时间下周一(7月17日)收市后召开股东沟通会。
