FF融资10亿美元挂牌纳斯达克 用户共享共创模式力争塔尖市场第一

      7月22日，纽约 — 总部位于美国加州的全球共享智能出行生态系统公司Faraday Future（“FF”）今天宣布已完成了与Property Solutions Acquisition Corp.（纳斯达克股票代码：PSAC）的合并交易。合并后的公司更名为“Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc.”，并于今日正式在纳斯达克交易所交易。FF普通股和认股权证的股票代码分别为“FFIE”和“FFIE.WS”。其中，I代表智能（Intelligent）和互联网（Internet），E代表生态（Ecosystem）和电动车（Electric）。这表明FF不仅是顺应全球碳中和发展趋势的电动车公司，还是一家互联网高科技公司、AI产品公司、软件公司和用户生态公司，这准确表达了FF的定位和真实价值。
