2021年11月15日，美国加州洛杉矶 -- 总部位于美国加州的全球共享智能电动出行生态系统公司Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. ("FF"或"公司") (NASDAQ交易代码：FFIE) 今天提交了12b-25表格，通知美国证券交易委员会其无法在规定的时间内提交截至2021年9月30日的财政季度报告的10-Q表格，且预计无法根据12b-25条例在延长的提交日期前提交相关表格。公司目前也无法提交其经修订的S-1表格注册声明(File No. 333-258993) (“Form S-1/A”)。
公司董事会成立了由独立董事组成的特别委员会，主动自查相关不实披露的指控，其中包括一份机构报告中发布的内容，该机构有专门做空上市公司股价并从中获利的历史。Faraday Future力求商业道德至上，以最透明的方式开展业务。作为一家新的上市公司，董事会将通过本次自我审查确保公司遵守最高级别的行业行为准则。

业务进展
