2021 年第三季度主要亮点
Faraday Future聚焦FF 91交付和完成商业计划并持续取得进展。在截至2021年9月30日的第三季度内发布了以下内容：
- 完成与特殊目的收购公司Property Solutions Acquisition Corp. (“PSAC”) 的合并。 FF 的普通股（代码为“FFIE”）和权证（代码为“FFIEW”）于2021年7月22日开始在纳斯达克交易。

第三季度后的主要事件
从2021年9月30日到2021年12月31日，FF完成了以下主要里程碑：
- 在汉福德制造工厂的试生产建造区完成了试验设备安装。汉福德制造工厂占地约110万平方英尺，建成后预计有能力支持每年10,000辆汽车的生产。根据目前的时间表，FF管理层预计在汉福德制造工厂的生产将于2022年第三季度开始。
- 正式获得了汉福德制造工厂预生产专用区域的准用证（Certificate of Occupancy）。获得该证意味着FF已被允许开展关键的建设活动，包括在工厂制造更多的准量产车辆。
- 在汉福德制造工厂的其它生产区域开始实施基础建设，包括车身、动力总成、库房和总装。生产区域的室内基础建设工作已基本完成，包括电气和管道在内的主要机械系统正在安装中。
- 宣布与 Munro & Associates合作，该公司将担任 FF 的共创顾问，并通过比较分析和质量评估协助FF 91的生产准备工作。
- 分别于2021年11月3日和2021年11月10日在汉福德市政厅举办了社区日和招聘会。
- 宣布HSL Italia 成为外饰灯光供应商。HSL Italia将在整个生产过程中与公司通力合作，以确保提供优质、创新的外饰灯光系统。
2021 年 12 月 31 日之后，FF 完成了以下其它主要里程碑，并进行了某些人事和组织变动：
- 宣布与总部位于韩国的汽车制造商 Myoung Shin Co., Ltd.签约制造Faraday Future的第二款汽车 FF 81，FF 81计划于2024年SOP。

2021年第三季度业绩
截至2021年9月30日的第三季度运营费用为1.86亿美元，而截至2020年9月30日的三个月运营费用为1800万美元。运营费用大幅增加，主要因为汉福德制造工厂为全面商业生产做准备而加大了投入。截至2021年9月30日的第三季度净亏损为3.04亿美元，而去年同期净亏损为3300万美元。净亏损增加主要是因为运营费用大幅增加，应付关联方票据、采用公允价值计价的应付票据、权证负债的公允价值变动损失，以及处理应付关联方票据、应付票据和应付供应商款产生的损失。
截至2021年9月30日，现金和现金等价物余额为6.66亿美元。截止2022年3月31日的现金余额为2.76亿美元，其中包括9700万美元票据和应计利息的计划还款。
