2023 年 8 月 4 日，公司向 Streeterville Capital, LLC 发行了本金总额为 16,500,000 美元的无担保可转换优先承兑票据（the “Note”，或 "票据"）以及普通股购买权证。该票据的原始发行折扣为 150 万美元。该融资将用于支持 FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance 的第二阶段交付、完善销售和服务准备。

与此同时，公司还宣布了开发者共创项目。共创商业模式是一种开放的UP2U（User Planning to User）商业模式，允许用户或共创参与者成为 FF 合作伙伴，实现价值共创。这也是 FF 原有的内部和外部合作伙伴战略的延伸，其最终目标是与外部开发者共创用户深度合作，为公司创造价值。
